Guest Artist Series with Dan Anderson "Architecturally Inspired Pots"
Boulder Mountain Clayworks. Guest Artist, Dan Anderson, is well known for his architectural clay sculptures influenced by rural and urban structures. He travels all over the world documenting water towers, barns, silos, factories and industrial forms. The results are richly poetic translations that echo the neglected structures that inspire him. In this “hands on” workshop, students will be asked to work with an architectural form that inspires them. Participants should be competent on the wheel.
